Late49/Zentull I believe a lot of the confusion over the years has to do with there being two set of Germans, Jacob and Ludi, Waltz and Wieser. I think I read somewhere, someone help me here, that Jacob and Ludi were the ones that were in the card game story down in Mexico. I also believe that Jacob...

Jan Sorry, I'm kinda new to these forums. I've watched this forum for years but just decided on a whim to register! At first I thought it wasn't going to take because I was getting an error, so I typed it all over and looks like both went in. Looks like Greyhair got the info about Treasure Hunters U...

Roger I've read Kenworthys book about symbols and I think the only new info is what he added. That's just my opinion but no one will ever know until the documents could be compared to the symbols and their usage. There are a number of books out there on signs and symbols. The Carsons, Penfield, Terr...

Jan/Roger/Bill711 Nice posts! I don't believe Mr. Lyons information was anything new to the Western World. The only difference was Kenworthy's interpretation and the nice check that filled Mr. Lyons pockets when he saw Kenworthy coming. One can find just about anything in those mountains! I too had ...

bill711 Bill I think you've got their number. All the research in the world will do no good in helping you locate your objective unless you can find a map that is topo and gps coordinated and I don't think they had it back then. All the geneology that you can find on anyone that had anything to do w...

JAN

ABOUT 1774 CAPT. JUAN BAUTISTA DE ANZA WAS ASKED TO MAKE AN
EXPEDITION UP THE SANTA CRUZ RIVER FROM TUBAC AND HE WENT
VERY CLOSE TO THE AREA YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. A YEAR LATER IN ABOUT 1775 HE MADE ANOTHER TRIP TO COLONIZE THE AREA. MAYBE
THIS IS SOME OF HIS DOINGS. JUST A THOUGHT!
