Offer
Joe, I can read between the lines in your last post, you think I am full of shit, or at least what I am talking about. I am curious as to why you don’t accept my offer, you have nothing to loose. Accept maybe $22.50 and make a post about a book. Not up for it Joe or what? I have not heard from Knun ...

Book
Joe, Knun, Sorry to have to cut our thread short yesterday but I had Grandfather duty at around 3:00 till just a little bit ago. My granddaughters spent the night with us last night and every time they see me on the computer they think it is a toy and they want to play with it. They are 6 and 8, som...

Name changes
Knun, Good point! You and I both live in Arizona, didn’t we just have a major freeway name change? Even though you and I know where Paestewa ( I don’t know if I spelled that right ) Fwy is, all the maps of Phoenix were changed, why? Because somebody may come along who doesn’t know it. Like someone j...

Symbols
Joe, I feel that I should expand on a point that might need to be cleared up from my last post. In it I said that there were many symbols used in their code and I said some were left out. They were left out not to not give a complete usage of all of their symbols. But because the symbols aspect is o...

Book
Joe, Anyone who buys his book has what they need to decode Spanish documents and maps. The only thing not in his book is the experience that he has in thinking like a crafty Spaniard. That is something one has to find out and learn on their own. It will take awhile for people to know what I mean, th...

Joe, When I brought up the Chuck Kenworthy article I was actually talking of two people. Do you know who Lampbert Dolphin is? He is a Geophysicist from Stanford University who is one of the pioneers of Ground Penetrating Radar. The guys who I used to be with employed him to use his GPR in the area t...

" Derrotero "
Everyone, A " Derrotero " means course, chart, waybill, path of action. It is a nautical term. My information comes from Spanish Dictionaries. The newly revised Velasquez Spanish to English Dictionary. Looks like everybody got it right! In the 1700's it was used to mean a waybill. The two ...

Peter1, Why yes I believe that has been thought of allready, I have looked at that particular map and it does appear to be a " C ". Joe, Yes I believe it was " Ducrues acct. of the Expulsion " that I believe I read that in. It would be interesting to know who came up with the ide...

Jesuits
Joe, I feel the Peralta’s are involved to a point, but I feel the point has been over exaggerated a little. I feel they had nothing to do with the Stones. The date of 1846 is not a real date in time, it is a coded message, the word “ Don “on one of the stones is also a coded message as well, it is n...

Peralta's
Joe, I dont doubt that you have been to most of the spots if not all on the map you refer too. I am still not entirely convicned about the Peralta's involvement with the Lost Dutchman. I feel they had nothing to do with the Peralta Stones, as I have stated before they should be called the Jesuit Sto...

Maps
SC, When a spanish map is involved it will lead you exactly where you need to go, not just in the area. The Spanish were precise in the maps, they would have to be. To be able to bring someone to a spot ( sealed up entrance ) that has never been there before it would have to be exact. There would be...

Jesuit Stones
Bandit, This face has a purpose, believe me. Just because it does not coincide with anything on the stones doesnt necessarily mean it doesnt have any meaning. I am not convinced that symbols on the stone maps have anything to do with a particlar landmarks in the Superstitions. I believe the only thi...

Face of Christ
Bandit, I highly doubt that the face of Christ I have seen is the one you are referring to, the one I have seen is not located in the Superstitions, and yes, I do know what it means! All the things that I have listed in a earlier post, not in this thread tho I have seen outside the Superstitions. I ...

Covered Mines
Joe,
What if the mine they were using or left open was one that had gold nuggest hid in it that were allready taken from mother earth elsewhere?
That would fit in with their beliefs wouldn't it?
Lets' say for a moment that is what they did, could that one be the Lost Dutchman?
