Movie about the Lost Mine and the Superstition Mountains

As a young man, 50 plus years ago, I saw the subject movie as above. It was
circa 1950; I thought the movie very good to excellent. If I remember
correctly, it's title was not connected in any way to the movie's subject.
Do you know the title of this movie, and if so, would you please relate same

There was a movie with Glen Ford and Ida Lupino in 1948 called "Lust for Gold." Ford was the "Dutchman" and Lupino was Julia Thomas. It alternated between the present time (1948) and the late 1800s.
