Joe's Point---- Ruth was looking for a cache or caches. My Point---- Ruth was looking in the wrong location. I think that we can all agree on one thing. Two days will take you a long way in those mountains.

Ruth Mystery

LDM, It is my opinion that Ruth died exactly where his remains were found. I can also go along with Joe that Ruth new the landmarks he was looking for. However, I would be suprised if either one of us would believe Ruth was in the correct location. More likely the location that someone else believed...

Joe, I don't think I will be able to make it for the same reason. I need to sleep with my concentrator at night. Emphysema is a dandy way to enjoy your retirement. I think you are refering to the guy Don Schade mentioned in his book. Tried to look him up in the phone book but he is not listed.

Peter, I am aware that Steve believed the Proflie Map was of southern California. I have not read the article. If you have a copy and are able to send it E-Mail, I would like to read it. P.M. me and I will send you me E- Mail address. I can agree with you that Adolph did not have a clue. However, I ...

Peter, Are you saying that Ruth believed his main camp at Willow Spring is the loction of the Profile Map or is that an oversight on your part ? I know this is not one of your favorite maps. I am curious as to why you feel this map pertains to California.

I thought you would understand the term having lived in California for many years. Your most recent post also leads me to believe that you may have lived in M...

Don, I can certainly see where you quailify under the mentally handicapped part of your statements. Glad to see that you took Merle Haggards music to heart and moved out of this country. If only more liberals would follow in your footsteps. By chance,is there room for 12 million wetbacks over there ?

LDM Interesting statement of the bodies being moved to the locations where they were found. Since the discovery of the bodies take up a time frame of 53 years, I would attribute this to a group of people verses the thought of one individual. A group of people who has known all along where the mine i...

Have to agree with Jim,Joe,and Bill on this issue. Not sure where the term illegals came from. Probably from the liberals in San Fransisco. You know. I have to disagree with you. AURUM and LDM have shared a great deal of their knowledge with the members of this forum which most of us will not do. They will be sadly missed.
