Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Paul, 1. Tycho Monolith 2. "My God it is full of Stars" 3. "Something is going to happen. Something wonderful". Hello Mr. Ribaudo, Sorry I did not see your post until today. I attend the air races up here and as you know we had a real tragedy yesterday. Great group of folks...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Paul, Perhaps the answer to a question might illuminate your journey into the Superstitions. Why is it that the earth sign that I mentioned references the third dot from the sun burst and the pattern continues on the second stone map. On the second trail map the earth sign appears beside the t...

Hello Paul,

You are correct. Good catch. Long day. The mind not mine is a terrible thing to lose. :D

Klondike is in the field right now. I am rather tied down for the moment.

Re: Yellow Jackets

Mr. Ribaudo, Having shared too much there is no real danger in going a bit further. Determining what the ancients knew of the stars is a crap shoot. I would not underestimate the capacity of early man to understand far more than he is generally thought to have known. Having stood in the other and se...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Mr. Ribaudo, Perhaps I should clarify a few things about the maps. The Circle within a circle as you call it and the starburst as we call it can be understood as the sun. The sign of a circle within a circle is a well known symbol for the sun in ancient times. The third well dot from the circle with...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Mr. Ribaudo, While such a discussion would be interesting, at this point in time nothing would be served by such a dialogue. Oz is gone. It really is that simple. We do not have the resources necessary to care for both the underground workings of Calalus and Oz. Having said that her treasures ...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Mr. Ribaudo, Imagine folks can settle the character issues on their own. I would not get down on someone trying to make a little money off of a find like this. After all he wasn`t beheading folks and pitching their remains off of Blacktop. Have to say I admire a man who sticks with something a...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Somehiker, Dog just said to say the alpha to the answer of your question is, "When you wish upon a star". The Omega is, "My God it is full of stars". You see coded within the trail maps is a star chart. At least within the original and complete set. The current rendition of...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Paul, Remember what we have always said you have to believe in Oz to see it. That bears repeating. You have to believe in Oz to see it. :D Years ago in one of my first visits to the range I participated in a dig in the Canyon of the Souls, in the vicinity of Oz and the other. I was working a s...

Re: Yellow Jackets

And you are probably right. Goblins and Orks inhabit the caves and tunnels of Coronado Mesa, and a few refugees from the movie, "Deliverance' are hiding out in Fish Creek Canyon. By all means avoid both areas. With the Deliverance crew in there the least of your worry`s is getting injured. :D G...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Roy, The post by Starman pretty much answers your questions. The specific illusion of the maps is that the were created by the same folks. They were not. A lot of work has been done in the Superstitions and elsewhere to help that illusion. Trails, signs, etc., all created with a purpose. Of course S...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Somehiker, Does your solution to the Stone Maps suggest that others are wrong? Or does it show that there are a number of solutions, all valid and correct. The answer is the later. And none of them will lead you to the end of the trail. The end of the trail in the Superstitions is gone. Enjoy your g...

Re: Yellow Jackets

Hello Randy,

Larry was a dutch hunter and more. I really enjoyed our conversations.

He understood, as klondike indicated, that the stone maps are multi-dimensional and take you to different locations in the range, and in the immediate area. Believe his primary area of interest was Maliapi.

Hello Randy, Rhodesia was a beautiful county a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. I only visited a few times. A real shame what has happened. Hello Joe, Hello Roy, The two of you should have taken the time to read Esperanza. Or if you have read it taken the time to understand it. On page 60 is a letter that attests that The Dutchman`s last name was Waltzer. On page 148 is a clue that even the clueless can appreciate. The library of Oz no ...

It was a real pleasure to read your comments on the Gold. As I indicated before they will stand the test of time.

And you are right what others believe is not really importent. Thanks for that lesson.

Hello Roy, That is quite a number of assertions. Let`s see what we have here: "Ah yes those un-substantiated claims of tellurides again. I suppose those ancients were mining telluride 1000 years ago too". Roy did you ever suspect I make statements like that to simply give you a chance to e...
