10 years

I just realized my 10 year anniversary with this forum was a few days ago. I have this place to thank for everything in my life Dutchman related, most notably my good friend Wayne Tuttle. Thank you to everyone here for making this place what it is. I'm honored to be a member.

Re: KRAIG ROBERTS HISTORY.......

Great to hear! I was going to email you. Life is fine, just very busy. It's taken us a month to move and we still have boxes to unpack. Sold my Jeep and bought a new truck.

I don't recall doing any research on him, I will this fall though.

Ugh, I replied to this and it disappeared. Anyway, I said basically that I like your thought process Roy, and I discount what Bickenell/Storm say because they are sensationilists (sp?).

No, but there are some remote grave sites in that area. Very random sites not shown on maps.

Re: Helicopter

Your passion is admirable. That is some rough terrain to be dragging a wheel chair through. I'd be happy to hike out for you and take picures if it helps. It would be awesome if you could find a way to see the mountains. It's an amazing place

Re: Yellow Jackets

So much research to do, so little time. I had a feeling the Horse Mesa area used to be a port of some kind. I'd imaging the Salt had a lot more water in those days.

It's good to talk to u again, it's been a while. See you soon.

I'm pretty sure something way bigger than the LDM is in the Superstitions. Something thousands of years old.

That looks like an old Indian encampment. I know where a similar one is near Queen Valley. They're amazing structures.

Re: 8th. ANNUAL DUTCH HUNTER'S RENDEZVOUS

Thanks to everyone that came out! It was another successful Rendezvous. Wayne and I enjoyed the weekend like we always do. Thanks you again to all of you who made donations for the raffle. A big thanks to the Don's for again allowing us to invade their camp for the weekend. Lastly, and certainly not...

Re: 8th. ANNUAL DUTCH HUNTER'S RENDEZVOUS

It's been a blooming tradition of sorts for Joe to bring much food and drink to the camp, so Wayne and I will be continuing that tradition in a way. Friday night I will cook a large pot of Chili, and Saturday evening we will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. I believe we are going to bring some r...

Re: 8th. ANNUAL DUTCH HUNTER'S RENDEZVOUS

This year our Saturday guest is going to be the incredible Dr. Thomas Glover! He will be doing a talk on the Ely family. DO NOT miss it, I promise it to be unforgettable. Thanks to all who have attended in the past, and to the Don's club for so graciously providing the camp site for us to use. I loo...

So sad, he was full of information for sure. Thank goodness for the Rendezvous, many of us would have never met him.
